Witbrookprojects provides supply chain operations consulting, warehouse racking layout design, and logistics advisory services to commercial clients. Our deliverables include audit reports, layout schematics, scheduling frameworks, and written recommendations. All services are performed on a project basis unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work.
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information regarding facility layouts, inventory data, order volumes, and existing workflows. The client must grant reasonable access to personnel and operational areas for on-site audits. Failure to provide necessary data or access may delay project timelines and affect the accuracy of recommendations.
All deliverables—including audit findings, layout drawings, scheduling models, and written reports—are the intellectual property of Witbrookprojects until full payment is received. Upon payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for internal operations. Witbrookprojects retains the right to anonymize and use project data for internal benchmarking and portfolio examples.
Witbrookprojects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our recommendations, including but not limited to lost profits, operational downtime, or equipment damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Clients are responsible for verifying that recommendations comply with local safety regulations and building codes before implementation.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. If termination is due to a material breach by the client, no refund will be issued for work in progress. Witbrookprojects reserves the right to suspend services if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
